"Blooms of the Month". Since I was little I've always romanticized having fresh flowers in the home and sorting stems with purpose. Over time I've learned about the spiritual symbolism behind colors and flowers and the benefits of having them in the home. I want to explore all the stems you can pick up at your local grocery or specialty wholesale shoppes!

Every Saturday there is a Coconut Grove farmers market that opens at 10am and closes at 6pm, which is ideal for us since our little one is up early. So we have breakfast before, then peruse a few items around the market and leave with a bouquet every time I go. the prices are wonderful and the flowers last well over a week!!! No lie. (do change the water in the vase to help them last!). The best part about this bouquet is the variety of stems you get! Check out the wonderful meanings of each below!

There was something truly soothing about this bouquet. Felt feminine but strong. The sunset watercolors were just what was needed after a very occupied month of events!
