Through out the summer, I have been eyeing a cosmetics company called MELT COSMETICS (click here to view all products). They are CRUELTY FREE and even some of their shades are vegan friendly! This private company was created by two ladies Lora and Dana, they have come up with the most saturated colors. Their focus is lips and eyes. When a company focuses on few items, you can tell they try keep the quality of the products high and promising!
So I first purchased the “Love Sick” shadow stack, and now recently the “Dark Matter”shadow stack. They come in large (silver dollar sized) magnetic trays, and easily stack up. Strong but easy to twist and use. The colors are gorgeous, and even have two rich red browns perfect for the TOP fall trend color, Marsala (READ MORE ABOUT THAT HERE). I even wet my brush to change up the intensity of the color! Great to do for the under eye smoke! Check out their instagram and you can see the many variations that they come up with just one palette (you will get inspired, trust me!).
The next thing I have to try is their matte lipsticks. There’s are four new lipsticks coming out called the “NOOD Collection”, and no I did not misspell that. Nude versus nood? I guess they are in a nude mood? Anway, I’ve signed up on the newsletter, so as soon as these babies are out ( and they said “SOON”) I’ll be making an order. I personally want the color “Catsuit” and “Laced”. Check out the swatch below:

I don’t know if you follow, Desi Perkins, the make-up artist but she recently vlogged a make-up look using the ” Dark Matter” palette and I’m obsessed. I’m planning a similar look this weekend. Check it out!
